| The Step Pyramid at Saqqara looks so small here until you notice the people in the background and compare the size of the pyramid to them! It isn't even one of the big ones although it is considered to be one of the older ones! After this picture was taken, I decided to try to climb up to the top of it...until I got up closer and realized just how BIG it was. My little bear legs rebelled and refused to try to climb those massive stones. |

| Here is Sleeping Bag Bear climbing the Sphinx at the Giza Plateau. There are so many mysteries surrounding the Sphinx and the Pyramids, so many fasinating stories...a trip to Egypt simply wouldn't be complete without visiting here. |

| Sleeping Bag got really brave and decided to try to climb the Great Pyramid. If you look really closely, you can see a little spot of turquoise about a third of the way up! It took him a long time to make it to the top but he persevered and made it! As far as what happened when he got to the top, well, he simply won't say...he just shakes his head and claims no one would believe him! |
