Ghosts:  Ectoplasm and the Totally Bizarre -  WHAT'S UP WITH  THE TREE LINE?

An unusual line follows the outline of the trees.

WHAT'S UP WITH THE TREE LINE?
An unusual line follows the outline of the trees.

This picture was reduced.

This picture was taken on a trip that my son and I took to Ohio.  Lush rolling hills are not a common  sight in our part of Texas, so the intent was to take a picture to remember it by.  What a surprise we got.

My first reaction was that something was wrong with the film.  That may well be what your first reaction was too.  But take a second look.  If there was something wrong with the film, would it have followed the outline of  the trees and stopped at the sky?  Highly unlikely.

The rest of the roll of film had nothing unusual on it and it was neither the first or the last picture on the roll.  The picture was taken midday.

This type of phenomena is usually classified as another form of ectoplasm.
I would not necessarily classify it as a "ghost" but it definitely falls into the Unexplained category (and could also be considered an Energy Anomaly).
