THE STORIES:
There are a huge number of "strange" and "unexplained" things out there in this vast world of ours. Are they all ghosts? Probably not! Ghosts, Energy Anomalies and the Unexplained all fall into that realm of the "unknown" and therefore some of the lines between them can cross and blend. Call them what you will... regardless of the name you use, there are strange and unusual things that are experienced by a tremendous number of people. Here are some of their stories!

Note: I have changed the formatting slightly to make it easier to see the listing of stories. Also, the New Contributions have been moved to the top. The older stories can be found immediately following them. The new ones will be rotated into "The Stories" as new ones are added so be sure to check there and see if there are ones that you have missed.

ABOUT THE STORIES:
I have been delighted at the many emails I have received from visitors to my site. Many people have written me to tell me that they too have had experiences and how relieved they are to find out that other people have experienced some of these strange things as well. I have really enjoyed reading the many personal stories that people have shared with me and have loved seeing some of the photos that I have been sent as well.

One of the things that has really impressed me is the number of people that are really searching for more understanding of Ghosts, Energy Anomalies and the Unexplained. This is one of those areas that for every question that you find an answer to, at least five more questions present themselves!

This has led me to finally make the decision to make a section for some of the stories and pictures that other people send to me. I must stress here that I have asked each person for permission to put their stories and/or pictures here. I don't go in search of stories or pictures. I don't add everything that is sent to me. If it is something I want to add to this section, I write back and ask for permission to add it (unless they have already granted permission in the email). Some people would prefer their stories not to be added and I honor that. You will also notice that many people don't want their names used. Due to the nature of this subject, that also is understandable. Unfortunately, some really good stories and pictures have been sent to me under false email addresses (or addresses that have been changed or canceled)... when I attempt to contact these people, the emails bounce. In a case like this, the story and the picture do not get added.

EDITORIAL NOTES:
When I make any changes to pictures (crop/cut; reduce; enlarge; etc.), I indicate it in italics. I also run a spell check and try to catch any typos. Any notes that I add will also be done in italics.

COPYRIGHT INFO:
Another note that I feel I must add here. The copyright to each of the stories and photos included in this Readers Contribution section is retained by the contributor. I only ask for permission to put their story here, not for the copyright rights.

SEND ME YOUR STORY:
Do you have a story or photo(s) that you would like to see added here? Write them up and email them to me! Be sure you use a valid email address and let me know that you are submitting them for this section (include a statement giving me permission to use them on my site). Please also let me know if you want your name used or if you would prefer initials (or something else). I ask that photos and stories belong to you and that they are true. Photos should not be touched up or changed in any way. I may use only a portion of the photo or reduce the size but that is the only type of alterations that I will make (and that will be noted on the page with the photos).

Submitting does not guarantee that your story/photo(s) will be used. I will email you to let you know if/when they have been added to my site, so if your email address changes, please let me know.

If you want to send me your story but you don't want to have it added to these pages, just send it to me. If permission is not given in the letter and I would like to use it, I will write you back and ask... you don't have to agree! :-)
