Messages From Beyond

Back when we first moved in to my house my Nane gave us my Papa's old clock. He used to fix clocks and this clock was very special to him. He died about fifteen years ago of a heart attack, but his spirit lives on. You see the clock hasn't worked ever sine he died.

We were all visiting downstairs when we all heard a ticking noise. we dismissed it at first. Then it got louder and louder. We looked at the clock and saw that the hands were moving. We all started talking to it because we are all strong believers of the
paranormal. We said things like " we miss you papa. We're all ok." The clock just stopped as soon as it had started.

Another experience was when my Great Grampa was in the hospital and dying of old age. That night I asked God and my Papa to send me a sign telling us what would happen to my Great Grampa. We have china plates with cardinals on them behind the door. The are screwed into the wall with no possible way for them to fall down. At about 10:00 that night my parents heard a loud crash. They investigated the house to see what it was. They found a one of the china plates whole on the floor. But when my Mom picked it up it was split in half in a straight line. We later found out that night that my Great Grampa had died. The plate had a picture of a female cardinal and a male cardinal on a branch. The plate was split in half straight down between the two with no chips what-so-ever. The plate was a sign to us that my Great Grampa was going to join my Great Gramma beyond the grave. Nothing has happened since then.
