Hello Man

"Hello Man"

My daughter moved in to her flat with her small daughter when she was pregnant with her second child. She learned that the old man who lived there before her had died although people wasn't sure if he died in the flat or in hospital.

My grand daughter used to look up at the light in the room and say, "Hello Man" and start talking. If my daughter entered the room she would say that's mummy and point to the light and say "Mummy look, Man." This happened often until early this year.

Since then other things have happened .

One night, my daughter was in bed when she heard a noise. Thinking it was the neighbors up stairs, she didn't think much of it. She was drifting off to sleep when she had this urge to open her eyes and saw a glowing ball of light by the window which came towards her slowly. She closed her eyes afraid to open them. She did eventually fall asleep.

Last week, she tided up the kitchen and put the stools under the table then went into the bedroom to check on her son who was drifting off to sleep. She then went back into the kitchen and the stools were out from under the table. Thinking she couldn't have put them away in the first place she put them back under the table and started on the dishes then wiping the table again. She then went to check on her daughter who was fast asleep and the baby was too by this time. She collected up the dirty laundry and went back to the kitchen to load the washing in the machine. As she entered the kitchen the stools were out from under the table again. This time she knew she had moved them under the table. There was no one else in the flat except her and the children and they were both asleep. Even so, they would have to have passed her to the kitchen from their rooms.

Also, when she is in the bedroom where her daughter used to see a man at the light, she will see a large black shape from the corner of her eye. As she turns around to look, it disappears. She has a small black dog and first thought it was the dog but on many occasions the dog has been in the room with her on the other side of the room. She says the shape is much bigger than her dog, about the size of her dressing table. Her dog is only half this size. This has happened many times just as she is about to go to bed.
