Frightful Halloween

There's a really old house in the country that eveyone says is haunted so on halloween me and my friend wanted to go there. We had never actually seen a real ghost before and we wanted to see one. We got flashlights and talked and begged my dad into taking us out there and picking us back up later.

We got out there and at first we started talking and just hanging out and then we decided to go up to the house. We started on up to the house and then we started to hear noises and wasn't sure what it was so we ran back to where we had been but we were still hearing them.

We looked up at the house and saw something moving around through one of the windows that were broken. Also we had seen a lot of shooting stars. I dont know what that has to do with ghosts but it seemed unusual.

At that time we really started to get scared we went back and sat in the road trying to calm ourselves down. We looked on the side of the house and saw the shadow of a man. We looked all around and we were sure no one else was out there. As we looked around trying to make ourselves absolutely sure we were alone out there my flahlight went out and I tryed to turn it back on but it wouldnt work. It took a little bit before it went back on. A minute or 2 later my dad pulled up. I was like what took you so long and he says that he was only gone 15 minutes. But let me tell you something, that was the longest and scariest 15 minutes of my life!!! This story might sound fake and cheezy but its 100% true.
